Adverts for several staff will be going out soon - for a permanent Senior Librarian at Swiss Cottage to lead on Information and Reference services (replacing Gulanar Peake, who is retiring), plus a variety of p/t and f/t Librarian, Library Manager, and Library Services Assistant posts, all temporary for up to 9 months.

Free training courses available in North Kent
If you live in Medway, Dartford, Swale or Gravesham, you could take advantage of free training from CVS Medway, aimed at helping people either to find work or to get better jobs.
Free courses include first aid, health and safety certificates, portable appliance testing, Level 2 security, bar work, food safety, and others.
