11.25 Speaker - Gillian Lawrence, Kent Libraries & Archives (use of GLOs and SLOs to evaluate the impact of library activity)

1.00 Case Study 1 - Ian Badger, L&LC Manager, UCA, Rochester (on recording usage of space)
1.30 Case Study 2 - Pete Ryan, Head of Library Services, Christchurch University (on new library)
2.00 Case Study 3 - Jenny Carter, Kent Libraries & Archives, Community Services Development Librarian, Sevenoaks (public libraries as community facilities)
2.30 Demonstration of KILN and KentCan websites and discussion about future development (led by Barry Clout)
